Return Policy

All original and commissioned canvas artwork orders are non-refundable and all sales are final. All commissioned artwork deposits are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order I will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Please continue below to see if the issue falls into my allowable range.

Items purchased from my store are in most cases not returnable. This is due to the integrity of the purchased item and cannot promise that returning the item in the original packaging would not compromise the artwork itself.

Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all artwork is unique, I cannot replace/remake any artwork piece that was not the correct size. Please be sure to measure the space you wish to place the artwork for best placement before ordering. Measure twice, order once.

In order to resolve order issues, we must be contacted within a reasonable amount of time from the product shipping date. For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted with 10 days of receiving for US orders for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or lost in transit with the shipping carrier;

  • Received the incorrect artwork

If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, I require to be notified within 24 hours of the order being placed to resolve any errors or issues before the transaction clears and the item is shipped. When the item ships, there is nothing I can do and is completely out of my hands.

When contacting me with an issue, please be sure to include photos for our reference. You may contact me with your pictures and comments.

All returns are handled on a case by case basis. In most cases, AdamWise.Art does not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Authorized returns must be received within 30 days.

Merchandise Products. Merchandise products are provided by a third-party. Please refer to their respective return policies below as they may differ from my own. These third-party products will include their own return instructions and return policies.

Printique — Provides high quality reproduction prints.
